Job Summary

The Branch Head – Project Sales will be responsible for driving branch revenue, managing the project sales team, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving business growth through consultants, architects, contractors, builders, OEMs, EPC companies, and government/private projects. The role includes branch operations, team management, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall branch operations and achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute project sales strategies for electrical products/cables/switchgear/lighting or related products.
- Manage and mentor the branch sales team to maximize performance.
- Build robust relationships with Architects, Consultants, MEP Consultants, Electrical Consultants, Builders, Developers, Contractors, EPC Companies, Government Departments, and Industrial Customers.
- Identify new project opportunities and ensure early specification of products.
- Drive business through channel partners,



distributors, and direct project customers.
- Monitor project pipelines from enquiry to order closure.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, commercial, logistics, and production teams for timely execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with customers.
- Monitor collections, receivables, and customer credit limits.
- Ensure achievement of branch sales targets, gross margins, and collection targets.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, MIS reports, and branch performance reviews.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve commercial or service-related issues.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
