Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor project progress. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage site execution, resource planning, and subcontractor coordination.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents.
- Monitor project costs and approve bills, material requirements, and work schedules.




- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and cost control.
- Familiarity with MS Project, and Microsoft Office. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of construction contracts and project documentation. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
