About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on D2C Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise paid advertising for a growing specialty coffee brand.

The primary goal of this role is to generate profitable purchases through our own e-commerce Shopify website using Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is a hands-on role that combines execution with strategic thinking. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing and optimising campaigns, while also analysing performance, identifying growth opportunities and recommending new ideas to improve website sales.

This is not primarily a SaaS lead-generation, SEO or marketplace-management role.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max and remarketing.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns for customer acquisition, retargeting and product sales.
- Drive completed purchases and revenue through the brands own e-commerce website.
- Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis and competitor research.
- Write and test ad copy, headlines,



offers and campaign messaging.
- Manage Google Merchant Center, product feeds and Shopping campaign structure.
- Monitor campaign performance based on ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, revenue and average order value.
- Allocate budgets across campaigns, products, audiences and platforms.
- Build remarketing audiences for website visitors, product viewers, cart abandoners and previous customers.
- Work with the internal team to test creatives, landing pages, bundles, offers and product positioning.
- Ensure accurate tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare clear weekly reports explaining campaign performance, actions taken and next steps.

Required Skills and Experience
- 24 years of hands-on performance marketing or PPC experience.
- Solid practical experience with Google Ads, particularly Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
