Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and SOPs for the factory.
- Ensure the safety and security of gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, finished jewellery, and other high-value assets.
- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Supervise the security team and prepare duty rosters for round-the-clock security coverage.
- Ensure proper frisking, baggage checks, and gate pass verification as per company policy.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and ensure all cameras remain functional.
- Investigate incidents of theft, pilferage, fraud, misconduct, or security breaches and submit detailed reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, and HR departments for secure movement of materials.
- Conduct regular security audits and identify potential security risks.
- Implement corrective and preventive measures to strengthen factory security.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and statutory requirements.
- Organize mock drills for fire, emergency evacuation, and disaster management.




- Maintain records of visitors, contractors, gate passes, incident reports, and security logs.
- Liaise with local police, fire department, and other government authorities whenever required.
- Monitor transportation and dispatch of finished goods to prevent losses or unauthorized movement.
- Ensure proper functioning of access control systems, biometric attendance, and visitor management systems.
- Train and mentor security personnel on security protocols, emergency response, and discipline.
- Conduct surprise inspections and night rounds to ensure security compliance.
- Ensure adherence to RJC, SMETA, ISO, and other customer compliance requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management review.
- Drive a culture of safety, vigilance, discipline, and zero-loss operations across the organization.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
