Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Restaurant Manager role based at Travancore Court Hotel in Kochi. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, high food and beverage standards, and a consistently positive guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, monitoring service quality, and coordinating with the kitchen team to maintain timely and accurate order delivery. The role involves managing reservations, handling guest feedback, and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and revenue. The Restaurant Manager also supports training, performance management, and compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction within a hospitality or restaurant environment.
- Ability to manage Food & Beverage operations, including menu knowledge, service standards,



and coordination with kitchen staff.
- Experience in Hiring and supervising restaurant team members, including training and performance oversight.
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with guests, team members, and management.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role in hotels or upscale restaurants.
- Knowledge of basic restaurant financials, such as cost control, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and health and safety practices.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by hotel operations.
