Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Required Compliance Executive role based in New Delhi. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards across Securitas India’s operations.



Daily responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, updating compliance frameworks, preparing and reviewing documentation, and supporting audits and inspections. The Required Compliance Executive collaborates with internal teams to conduct risk assessments, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions. The role also involves training stakeholders on compliance requirements, preparing reports for management, and maintaining organized records to support continuous improvement in regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Strong Regulatory Compliance knowledge, including familiarity with applicable local laws, security industry regulations, and internal policy frameworks.
- Background in Law or related disciplines, with the ability to interpret legal and regulatory texts and translate them into practical guidelines.
