We are looking for Industrial Project Manager who can oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing, infrastructure, and engineering projects. He can manage budgets, timelines, and resources, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure objectives are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from early scope development through execution and final closeout.

· Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, outline milestones, and allocate both internal and external resources.

· Financial Oversight: Build project estimates, manage budgets, track costs, and apply rigorous change management to prevent scope creep.

· Risk Management:



Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

· Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central hub of communication, providing regular reports to clients, executives, and in office teams.

· Compliance & Safety: Ensure all industrial, structural, and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Core Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Electrical), or a related technical field. Strong in project planning (Primavera / MS Project). Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience: Typically, 5+ to 10+ years of project management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment.

· Technical Proficiency: Understanding of engineering design processes, CAD tools, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).

· Certifications: A Project Management Professional (PMP) or Professional E
