Role & responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage distributors and dealers.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
- Monitor competitor activities and submit market feedback.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business growth.

Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in agro sales/channel management.
- Robust knowledge of the Tamil Nadu market.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualification
- B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Tech Agriculture / Any Graduate.
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.

Preferred Industry: Seeds, Fertilizers, Crop Protection, Bio Products, Plant Nutrition, or other Agro Inputs.
