We are looking for a Senior Manager Finance to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience and strong expertise in taxation, treasury, accounting, and financial reporting. The role requires a proactive individual who can drive compliance, strengthen financial controls, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with Direct Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage tax notices, assessments, and correspondence with regulatory authorities.
- Handle treasury operations, banking relationships, and cash flow management.
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Drive monthly and annual financial closing, including Balance Sheet, P&L;, and Cash Flow reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure audit readiness.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processes.
- Lead and mentor a finance team while ensuring operational excellence.
Eligibility
- CA qualified with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Solid hands-on experience in Direct Taxation and GST (Mandatory).
- Experience in treasury, financial reporting, accounting, and audits.
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading finance teams is preferred.
