- Lead end-to-end recruitment for niche, leadership, and business-critical positions across multiple functions




- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through headhunting, talent mapping, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring performance, and pipeline health to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Stay informed about industry hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor insights to strengthen recruitment outcomes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely hiring while maintaining high standards of quality and compli
