Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to
- Experience in driving Knowledge management, training and skill development
- Drive updating of skill matrix on a quarterly basis
- Measure and report the skill score
- Map list of competencies for each role
- Prepare a schedule of trainings to be delivered
- Arrange and conduct technical trainings
- Track number of hours of training / employee
- Drive Communities of practice
- Ensure smooth knowledge flow within the organization
- Catalogue and organize technical information, use digitization to drive knowledge sharing
- Training matrix including number of hours spent in training
- Track improvement in proficiency correlated to training
