Experience : 12-16 Years

Responsibilities :
- Design, plan and conduct *in vitro stability (liver microsomes, plasma and in any other relevant matrix, chemical stability) experiments*
- *Design, plan and conduct following *in vitro ADME experiments
1. logP, logD, pKa measurements
2. CYP induction and inhibition assays
3. Permeability determinations (Caco-2, MDCK etc) in relevant cell lines
4. CYP phenotyping in purified enzyme systems
5. Solubility determinations (kinetic, thermodynamic, simulated fluids)
6. LC-MS/MS and HPLC-UV/PDA method development and validation (partial and complete)
7. Developing fit-for-purpose LC-MS/MS methods for routine *in vitro and *in vivo sample analysis
8. Extracting data from the instrument,



conducting bioanalytical QC and sharing with the stakeholders within the DMPK department
9. Experience in handling bioanalytical method development for various matrices (plasma, blood, various tissues, urine, faeces etc.)
10. Development LC-MS/MS methods for biochemical and cell based screening of NCEs
11. Conduct biomarker estimations in various matrices
12. General LC-MS/MS and HPLC maintenance and troubleshooting
13. Maintaining apt documentation for both GLP and Non-GLP studies ",
