Role Description
Pravaron Technologies is looking for an AI/ML & Backend Developer to work with the team to build agentic AI systems, intelligent automation products, AI integrations, backend services, and scalable APIs.

The candidate will work on practical AI applications that can understand context, retrieve information, use tools, automate workflows, and integrate with business systems.

Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered products and automation systems.
- Develop AI agents that can reason,



use tools, and execute workflows.
- Build RAG pipelines using company documents and structured data.
- Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and software applications.
- Develop Flask-based backend services and REST APIs.
- Design and manage PostgreSQL databases.
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Build document-processing and information-extraction pipelines.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure API access.
- Develop background jobs and scheduled automation processes.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, and hallucination.
- Implement human-review and approval workflows.
- Deploy and monitor AI and backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and documented code.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and company leadership.
