Performance Analyst- Investment Analytics-3+ years- Pune

Responsibilities

1. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of investment performance and analytics reporting
2. Review portfolio performance for client reporting and internal use
3. Handle queries related to fund returns, benchmarks, and attribution analysis
4. Support portfolio managers, sales,



and marketing teams with analytics insights
5. Conduct peer fund comparison analysis using tools like Morningstar Direct
6. Assist in fund onboarding, transitions, and lifecycle activities
7. Manage GIPS composite data and ensure compliance standards
8. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
9. Maintain and validate portfolio data for accurate calculations

Requirements

1. 3–5 years of experience in performance or risk analysis
2. Strong understanding of performance & attribution methodologies
3. Experience with FactSet (B-One, SPAR, PA) preferred
4. Knowledge of Morningstar Direct, Aladdin, or Bloomberg is a plus
5. Advanced Excel skills; Power Query / SQL is highly desirable
6. CFA / CIPM (completed or pursuing) preferred
7. Ability to perform manual performance return calculations
