Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

✔️ Review General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

✔️ Prepare financial statements, cash flow statements, and audit schedules.

✔️ Coordinate Internal & Statutory Audits and ensure timely closure.

✔️ Implement and monitor Internal Financial Controls (IFC).

✔️ Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IGAAP, and statutory accounting standards.

✔️ Drive financial process improvements and automation initiatives.

✔️ Work with automated accounting systems (SAP preferred).





✔️ Apply strong knowledge of banking and financial services accounting.

Required Skills:

✅ Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified

✅ 3+ years of relevant experience (NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services preferred)

✅ Solid understanding of Ind AS, IGAAP, Financial Reporting & Audits

✅ Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred

✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
