We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to identify potential customers, create new sales opportunities, and schedule qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers, including startups, SMEs, agencies, IT companies, remote teams, and other businesses that need workforce management and time-tracking solutions.
- Research decision-makers such as founders, HR leaders, operations managers, business owners, and department heads.
- Reach out to prospects through personalized email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns for different industries and customer segments.




- Write effective B2B outreach messages for email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Use a combination of automated and manual outreach to engage prospects at scale while maintaining personalization.
- Respond to prospect inquiries, handle initial objections, follow up consistently, and schedule qualified product demonstrations.
- Clearly communicate Tivazo’s value proposition and identify how the platform can address each prospect’s workforce management challenges.
- Qualify opportunities based on business requirements, team size, decision-making authority, urgency, and purchasing potential.
- Coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development or Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate prospect information, activities, follow-ups, and chance stages in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects who may not be ready to purchase immediately.
