Corporate Partnerships Manager (B2B Sales)

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and engage HR leaders, CXOs, and decision-makers across organizations.
- Build and manage a healthy B2B sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to showcase CareOff's solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close partnership opportunities.

Strategic Partnerships
- Develop partnerships with corporates to offer CareOff services as an employee benefit.
- Collaborate with residential communities, apartment associations, and gated societies to expand CareOff's presence.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and identify opportunities for account growth.

Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop market expansion strategies to penetrate new business segments.
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.

Market Intelligence




- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Share market insights to improve products, campaigns, and partnership strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional partner experience.
- Represent CareOff at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate engagement programs.

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Partnerships, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
