· Greet customers and understand their 2-wheeler service requirements.

· Follow Job card opening & delivery process norms.

· Explain the work to be done, provide accurate cost estimation & information on vehicle progress.

· Maintain regular communication with customers, update information on their vehicle progress.

· Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs.

· Capturing customer verbatims during the problem explanation on the job card to the floor supervisor & Technician.

· Address customer inquiries, concerns, complaints promptly and professionally.

· Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.

· Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.

· Update feedback to WM & escalate complaints if not able to resolve.

Education Baseline: Minimum ITI (Diploma/BE/B.Tech), ITI/Electrical Engineering for EVs. Practitioner trained

Minimum Experience Range Required: 2+ Years

Pay: ₹10,262.11 - ₹15,144.34 per month
