As we scale our operations, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Team Lead to guide our Business Development team and drive our market presence.
Role Overview
As a Team Lead, you will be the backbone of our sales engine. You will be responsible for mentoring, managing, and optimizing the performance of a team of 10 Business Development Executives (BDEs). Your primary goal is to ensure the team consistently hits aggressive sales targets, maintains high lead-conversion rates, and upholds the Aishwarya Groups brand standards in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Directly supervise,
coach, and mentor a team of 10 BDEs. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly KPIs, including call volumes, meetings scheduled, site visits, and final closures.
- Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies provided by management to ensure deep penetration into the real estate market.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the team’s lead management process, ensuring effective follow-ups and transition of leads from discovery to closure.
- Sales Enablement: Provide real-time support to BDEs during complex negotiations or high-value client interactions.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights to senior management regarding market trends, competitor activity, and team productivity.
