Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance testing of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in NeoLoad (preferred) or LoadRunner, along with experience in SAP performance testing. Candidates with performance testing experience on Oracle ERP or Microsoft 365 will also be considered.
The role involves designing, developing, executing, and analyzing performance test scenarios to ensure application scalability, stability, and reliability under varying workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using NeoLoad or LoadRunner.
- Perform Load, Stress, Endurance (Soak), and Volume Testing for enterprise applications.
- Execute performance test plans and analyze system behavior under different workloads.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using tools such as Grafana, AppDynamics, or other APM tools.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and work with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain scripts for HTTP/HTTPS, SAP GUI, TrueClient, Azure APIs/Web Services, and related protocols.
- Prepare detailed performance testing reports, including test execution results, bottleneck analysis, and optimization recommendations.
- Support integration of performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application performance and scalability.
Mandatory Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Hands-on experience with NeoLoad (preferred) or LoadRunner.
- Experience in performance testing of SAP applications.
- Candidates with Oracle ERP or Microsoft 365 performance testing experience are also encouraged to apply.
