Role Summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the organization's internal Finance & Accounts function. The role involves business finance, budgeting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, cash flow management, and process improvement while partnering closely with leadership to drive financial planning and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Finance & Planning
- Lead annual budgeting (Opex, Capex, and Headcount) and monitor performance through monthly reviews.
- Track revenue, profitability, cost metrics, and variance analysis, recommending corrective actions.
- Provide financial insights and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Financial Reporting & Compliance




- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage monthly financial closing, reconciliations, and MIS reporting for management and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Advance Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and ensure timely audit completion and closure of audit observations.

Accounting & Cash Flow Management
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, ledger management, and vendor payments.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, fund movements, and liquidity.
- Support short-term investment decisions while ensuring compliance and financial governance.
- Strengthen internal controls and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Drive automation and digitization of finance processes.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Income Tax, GST, TDS, and corporate compliance.
