Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer with robust hands-on expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce CRM development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have practical experience with Salesforce Agentforce and the ability to build AI-powered agent-driven experiences that execute Salesforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce CRM applications.
- Configure and implement Salesforce Agentforce, including agent setup, configuration, orchestration, and execution of Salesforce capabilities through AI agents.
- Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Test Classes, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Build scalable,



reusable Salesforce solutions using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
- Customize and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using Lightning, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Write efficient SOQL and SOSL queries and follow Salesforce governor limits and development best practices.
- Perform deployments using Salesforce Metadata API and follow enterprise release management processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize Salesforce application performance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and Agile/Scrum development processes.
