- Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory while consistently achieving sales and collection targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with salons, distributors, dealers, super stockists, and key retail customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, trade schemes, and marketing initiatives to improve market penetration and brand awareness.
- Monitor distributor performance, sales data, collections, and territory profitability while maintaining financial discipline.
- Identify current business opportunities, expand the customer base, and implement strategies to achieve sustainable business growth.
Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
