Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of data engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions using Snowflake.
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows utilizing DBT, Python, PySpark, and SQL.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data engineering and implement best practices.
- Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience of 8-11 years in data engineering or related fields.
- Strong expertise in Snowflake, DBT, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
