ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions across industries such as Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, EPC, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Industrial sectors.
- Liaise with managers/team leads to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
- Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Responsible for full cycle of recruiting, starting from requirement understanding to sourcing till successful on-boarding
- Understand client hiring requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channel
- Perform screening calls to analyse applicants abilities
- Maintaining required MIS on submissions,



candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Responsible for creating and managing the candidate experience at every stage during the recruitment process

PRE-REQUISITES
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment within a recruitment consulting or staffing firm
- Good grasp on recruitment portals and other hiring platforms
- Solid communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about recruitment.
- Works with high code of ethics and integrity
- Desire to achieve assigned targets & earn huge incentives
