We are looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager to independently oversee the day-to-day operations of our factory in the absence of the owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Manage dispatch planning and logistics.
- Oversee store operations, inventory control, and receipt of materials.
- Coordinate submission of bills and documents to the accounts department.
- Maintain the factory cash book and other operational records.
- Ensure smooth factory operations, staff coordination, and adherence to company procedures.
Requirements:
- Robust leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in factory/manufacturing operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting records.
- Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
