Key Responsibilities

Tender Management
- Monitor government and private tender portals regularly.
- Identify relevant tender opportunities based on company capabilities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, bids, proposals,



and supporting paperwork.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and technical teams for bid preparation.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with tender requirements.
- Maintain records of tender submissions, results, and follow-up actions.
- Handle post-tender clarifications and negotiations when required.

Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product/service requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
