We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, bakeries, hospitals, educational institutions, and other commercial kitchen establishments. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving business growth. ## Key Responsibilities * Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking. * Visit hotels, restaurants, catering units, bakeries, hostels, hospitals, educational institutions, and industrial canteens to promote our products. * Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, consultants, architects, and contractors. * Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team to provide suitable kitchen equipment solutions. * Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities.



* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. * Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences. * Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, trade events, and customer meetings. ## Eligibility * Bachelor's degree in any discipline. * 1–3 years of experience in business development, field sales, or marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). * Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English. * Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage. * Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence. * Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. ## Skills Required * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong relationship-building and customer handling abilities. * Sales and negotiation skills. * Self-motiv
