About the Role:
We are looking for a Functional Consultant with a positive accounting background to support the end to-end implementation of Odoo ERP for our clients. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring Odoo modules (primarily Accounting/Finance), conducting functional and manual testing before go-live, and supporting end users during and after implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 years of experience in accounting and/or ERP implementation who wants to build a career as a functional consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP for clients,
with a primary focus on the Accounting/Finance module.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and map them to Odoo functional workflows.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, etc.) as per client requirements.
• Conduct functional/process testing and manual testing of configured modules before go-live.
• Prepare test cases, test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, log, and track defects/issues; coordinate with the technical team for fixes and enhancements.
• Prepare functional documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Provide end-user training and hands-on support during and after go-live.
