Role & responsibilities :

Marketplace Operations
- Own the day-to-day operational management of assigned ecommerce marketplaces.
- Ensure smooth functioning of marketplace accounts and adherence to platform guidelines.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for operational support, issue resolution, and campaign execution.
- Monitor seller health, operational metrics, and marketplace compliance.

Catalog & Content Management
- Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across marketplaces.
- Ensure catalog hygiene with correct titles, descriptions, specifications, images, attributes, and keywords.
- Manage product variations, category mapping, A+ Content, and enhanced brand content where applicable.
- Coordinate timely listing of recent product launches, bundles, and promotional SKUs.

Pricing & Promotions
- Execute pricing updates and promotional changes across marketplaces.
- Ensure pricing consistency and accuracy across all online channels.
- Coordinate sale events, offers, and promotional campaigns with internal stakeholders.

Marketplace Advertising




- Execute and monitor marketplace advertising campaigns across platforms.
- Track campaign performance including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams or agencies to optimize campaign performance and budgets.
- Support product visibility initiatives through sponsored ads and marketplace promotional tools.

Inventory & Order Operations
- Coordinate inventory planning with supply chain and warehouse teams.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.
- Track order fulfillment, cancellations, returns, RTOs, and operational SLAs.
- Work proactively to minimize stock-outs and operational disruptions.

Reporting & Process Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track marketplace performance, operational KPIs, and advertising metrics.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend corrective action
