Key Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment plans to meet monthly hiring requirements
- Conduct preliminary candidate evaluations and shortlisting
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives and placement activities Visit colleges and institutions to build long-term hiring partnerships
- Assist in onboarding formalities and joining coordination
- Maintain accurate hiring records,
reports, and recruitment metrics
- Represent the organization during college collaborations and HR meets
- Drive lateral and entry-level hiring across business functions
- Manage job postings and active hiring on multiple recruitment platforms
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to manage lateral and campus hiring requirements
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and hiring compliance
- Time management and multitasking abilities
