? Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities.
- Present the value of our services and solution to prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close agreements to complete the company's sales targets
- Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and detailed requirements.
- Work with Project Manager to define clear solutions, project scope, goal and plan that align with client goals.
- Work closely with clients to ensure project success and foster long-term business relationships.
- Follow and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for service enhancement.
- Collaborate with Project Manager to develop and define solutions, project scopes, and plans that align with client goals, and manage client relationships for long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure that project align with client needs and project timelines.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documents.
- Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and ensuring smooth delivery.




- Monitor, analyze, and communicate project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Seek opportunities to promote the company, such as social media and events.

? Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Account Executive, Account Manager, Business Development, Project Manager, IT Project Manager.
- Strong passion in selling, driving target and commission
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to learn recent technologies and business requirement
