We are looking to engage an Advocate with a minimum of 8–10 years of litigation experience, preferably before the Bombay High Court and subordinate courts in Maharashtra.

The candidate should be capable of independently drafting and arguing Writ Petitions, Suits, Appeals, Arbitration Petitions, Interim Applications, Affidavits, Rejoinders, Legal Notices, and other pleadings. The role requires handling matters independently from drafting to final arguments and disposal.

The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971, and Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

Applicants should possess excellent drafting, research, and advocacy skills and be capable of independently appearing before the Bombay High Court, subordinate courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
