Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled
Project Engineer
with experience in
Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS/BMS)
for Datacenter projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, commissioning, testing,



and coordination of IBMS systems across critical datacenter environments while ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage IBMS/BMS installation, testing, commissioning, and integration activities for datacenter projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, OEMs, vendors, and internal stakeholders during project execution.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, schematics, and control logic related to BMS/IBMS systems.
- Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and site activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise field engineers, subcontractors, and installation teams.
- Perform FAT, SAT, loop checks, point-to-point testing, and system validation.
- Ensure seamless integration of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, EPMS, and other critical building systems with IBMS.
