- Develop and refine MYP Subject Group Overviews (SGOs), unit plans and lesson plans aligned with IB philosophy and MYP requirements.
- Design and facilitate engaging, concept-driven, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the MYP Design Cycle.
- Plan and assess learning using MYP objectives/criteria and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop students' subject specific and Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills.
- Support students with varying proficiency levels through differentiation.
- Promote innovation, problem solving and responsible and ethical use of technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and review curriculum, support interdisciplinary learning, participate in assessment moderation, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the MYP programme.
- Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
