What you'll be working on
- Take accountability and Manage City level operations - partner operations, vendor operations, 1P Catalog Logistics, Ads marketing campaigns
- Works with 1P retail partners to ensure customer orders are attended to on-time, inventory details updated real time, provide all support (technical and operational) to ensure customer delight.
- Ensures the partner is meeting the performance/expectations.
- Develop recent strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
- Works with the Vendors to ensure best quality, TAT adherence
- Interact closely within all sections of the company to figure out the improvement areas and execute seamlessly across geographies.
- Interact with City teams to understand key challenges and opportunities, create an action plan to address them.
