Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Noida. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and helping coordinate recruitment activities such as screening applications and scheduling interviews. The role involves assisting in the implementation of HR policies,



supporting employee engagement initiatives, and helping manage basic employee benefits and documentation. The intern will also contribute to HR data entry, report preparation, and coordination of HR-related queries with guidance from senior HR team members. This position offers exposure to core HR processes in a fast-growing, technology-driven financial services organization.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
