5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture within the production floor.
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Maintain documentation and reports as per regulatory standards.

6. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
