Role Description
This is a full time Video Journalist role based in Delhi, India, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Video Journalist will spend most days on the ground, identifying and covering citizen-centric stories,



shooting video in diverse field environments, and conducting interviews with community members and stakeholders. Responsibilities include planning and producing visual narratives, writing scripts or story outlines, coordinating with the editorial team, and ensuring accurate, balanced reporting aligned with KRAM TV’s verification standards. The role involves managing video equipment, overseeing basic editing or handoff to post-production, and preparing content for digital broadcasting and social channels. The Video Journalist will also collaborate with producers and digital teams to refine story angles, meet deadlines, and maintain high ethical and safety standards while reporting in the field.

Qualifications
