We are seeking a Associate Product Manager- for the Growth team. The team operates at the intersection of marketing and technology, offering a rich array of customer acquisition and communication solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to book (flight tickets, hotel rooms, car rental).
In this role, you will own the landing pages/marketing emails & app notifications for all brands across desktop and mobile platforms. You will work closely with marketing business managers and across teams at Fareportal to build landing pages and email templates that will shape the company customer acquisition and retention channels. This is a high-impact role that requires big-picture thinking, but also robust execution, technical depth, analytical rigor and excellent communication.
The ideal candidate wants to work on projects where they are inventing solutions to real problems that require creative solutions and deep understanding of the problem space. They know how to work cross-functionally to create alignment and deliver results.
They are comfortable engaging in technical discussions with senior engineers to define product strategy. They want to create value and impact the direction of products and business globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for a defined B2C product area.
- Turn research, funnel data, and stakeholder input into prioritized problems, hypotheses, and backlogs.
- Write crisp user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; drive them through delivery.
- Partner daily with Engineering, Design and QA to deliver on time and at quality.
- Design, run, and interpret A/B tests;
- Communicate progress and trade-offs to leadership.
- Serve as the voice of customer for your product area.
Required Qualifications
- 24 years of product management in B2C digital, e-commerce, travel, fintech or marketplace.
- Track record of shipping consumer features that moved measurable business metrics.
