- Strong experience in data governance, data management, data quality and data product governance within a complex organisation.
- Experience managing or supporting Data Products and Data Domains across the data lifecycle.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, root cause analysis, impact assessment and process re-engineering.
- Demonstrable experience delivering data and business change initiatives within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of data lineage, metadata, ownership models, controls and data architecture concepts.
- Ability to challenge technical solutions and architecture decisions without being responsible for hands-on development.




- Experience working with Data Product Owners, technology teams and senior business stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
