Position details
As a key player in the APAC region, with Singapore as the Regional HQ and over 10 branches, you will be responsible for overseeing investment project applications, guiding applicants through the budget application process,



and providing guidance and advice to applicants from budget application to project approval.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Governance & Reporting
- Conduct monthly reviews of investment project forecasts, follow up on outstanding items, and prepare consolidated variance analysis and reporting for the APAC region.
- Support in tracking adherence to technology governance processes, risk & compliance checklists, and project documentation standards.
- Support creation of executive-level reports including MBRs.
- Support in conducting periodic data collation and analysis for dashboards (e.g., headcount, vendor performance, financials).
- Operational & Project Support
- Maintain and ensure data quality and completeness of the budget, actual and forecast for investment reports.
