We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to generate leads, interact with potential customers, schedule appointments, and support the sales team by maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated leads.
- Receive inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephonic conversations.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales/Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain customer records, call logs, and follow-up status in the CRM/Excel.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams for lead management.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports for management.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic communication skills in English , Hindi , Tamil.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Qualification
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales will be an added advantage.

- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
