Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Web Developer role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Web Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications that support DialPhone’s AI-powered communications platform, focusing on performance,



reliability, and usability. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, developing back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring responsive, accessible web experiences across devices and browsers. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, as well as reviewing code, optimizing existing functionality, and contributing to continuous improvements in development practices. The Web Developer will also monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in testing and deployment activities.
