Whats the RoleYou will be the backbone of our infrastructure projects, leading the planning, design, and execution of our state-of-the-art sports facilities. From conceptualizing padel courts to ensuring seamless project delivery, your expertise will shape the growth of PadelPark as we continue to expand nationwide.

Here is what you will be diving into:

Your Day-to-Day:
Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, layout design,



and construction of padel courts and sports facilities across multiple locations.
Technical Expertise: Ensure technical specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor Management: Work closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to source materials, negotiate contracts, and manage deliverables.
Site Supervision: Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve on-ground challenges to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Design and Innovation: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and designers to develop innovative and efficient infrastructure solutions.
Budget Management: Assist in project costing, financial forecasting, and optimizing resources to achieve cost-effective execution.
