We are looking for a Scrum Master to drive Agile execution and support best practices, governance, and quality delivery across Cloud Platform Engineering workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Ensure consistent adoption of Agile/Scrum practices across teams.
- Support sprint planning and execution, ensuring alignment with sprint goals.
- Manage and remove impediments/blockers to maintain smooth delivery.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders for backlog readiness and prioritization.
- Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, sprint progress, predictability).
- Maintain transparency using JIRA dashboards and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to Agile governance, tools, and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and psychologically safe team environment.

Mandatory Skills / Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile delivery role.
- Experience in team leadership or leading Agile teams (preferred)
- Exposure to cloud-based engineering environments (Azure preferred)
- Strong expertise in JIRA (dashboards, sprint tracking, reporting).
- Deep understanding of Scrum concepts (DoD, DoR, backlog grooming, ceremonies).
- Proven ability to drive sprint execution and delivery discipline.
- Experience managing impediments, dependencies, and RAID items.
