1. Manage campus hiring & trainee lifecycle
2. Drive employee engagement initiatives & events
3. Handle onboarding, inductions & HR communications
4. Lead rewards & recognition programs
5. Create HR content & manage social media storytelling
6. Work on HR data analysis & reporting

Requirements

1. 1–3(Junior) and 3-6(Senior)years of HR experience
2. MBA in HR
3. Strong communication & coordination skills
4. Good with Excel & data analysis
5. Creative mindset for engagement & branding
