About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
HR Recruiter

to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for our organization. The ideal candidate brings prior recruitment experience from the
pharmaceutical/ healthcare/ wellness industry

, with a strong understanding of the talent landscape, regulatory sensitivities, and skill sets unique to these sectors.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, and pharma/wellness-specific talent pools.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and career motivation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for scientific, clinical, sales, and operations roles within the pharma/healthcare/wellness space.
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and drive timely decision-making with hiring panels.
- Manage job postings across relevant platforms and industry-specific forums/communities.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-acceptance ratio)
