As an Associate, Field Services Engineering, you’ll support the networks that connect people, businesses, and communities around the world. How You Will Make An Impact
- Support customer network deployments by assisting with engineering documentation, acceptance testing, and field implementation activities across Packet and Optical platforms, including participating in on-site work at customer locations when required
- Gather diagnostic information and support initial troubleshooting of network challenges, both remotely and on-site, in collaboration with senior engineers and customer teams
- Contribute to network rollout and expansion planning for both new and existing customer environments
- Develop and execute test scenarios and test cases to validate network designs, features, and performance
- Apply automation concepts by using or learning scripting tools to assist with configuration, testing, and operational tasks
