About the Role

As a
Principal Engineer – SAP CRM
, you will serve as the technical leader responsible for designing enterprise CRM architectures, driving digital transformation programs, and delivering scalable, secure, and integrated customer engagement platforms.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product teams, and engineering teams to build best-in-class CRM solutions across

ecosystems while ensuring engineering excellence and technology best practices.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Solution Architecture
- Design enterprise-scale CRM solutions aligned with business objectives and customer experience strategies.
- Define CRM architecture, data models, security frameworks, integration patterns, and governance standards.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews and design workshops with stakeholders.
- Drive CRM modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of CRM platforms.

SAP CRM Leadership
- Design, develop, and support enterprise SAP CRM solutions.
- Implement solutions across:
- Customer Management
- Service Management
- Marketing
- Case Management
- Integrate SAP CRM with:
- SAP ECC
- SAP S/4HANA
- Design integration solutions using:
- SAP CPI
